What are the delivery charges?
There is a flat one off delivery charge of £2.95 for delivery of our window boxes irrespective of how many products you order. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of placing your original order. If you wish to change your order after this time and if the products have already been dispatched, you will need to return as per our returns policy.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 5 days from the order date. We will notify you when your order has been shipped and what day it is to be delivered. On occasion we may not have the window boxes in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. If this is the case, once an order is placed, a member of our team will be in contact to confirm the expected lead time.
Do I need to be in to receive my order?
We do require a signature upon receipt, but we can deliver to a neighbour if you indicate that you are happy for us to do so, or even send to a post office for you to collect.
Can I return or exchange products?
We hope that you will be 100% happy with your window box. However, if you are not completely satisfied, and the products are in their original condition, you can return or exchange products by sending them back to us. Goods must be returned within 14 days after you received the products, and in the original or very similar packaging. You are responsible for the cost associated with returning the goods.
Please package products securely.
We strongly recommend you get proof of postage, as we can only refund after we receive the goods, or receive proof of postage.
We will send you an email to let you know once we've received your return, with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.
Any exchanged items will be sent to the original delivery address using the same delivery service as your original order. If we’ve refunded you for any items, the funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.
Do the window boxes come with drainage holes?
Yes, all of our window boxes come with at least one pre-made drainage hole underneath, and the material easily lends itself to drilling more if needed. Window boxes don’t tend to get a huge amount of rain water, so very rarely need drainage holes, however, if the window box is fully exposed to the elements, it can be useful to have one or two in case of very heavy rain etc.
Do you supply artificial plants and flowers?
Yes we have a very high quality range of artificial plants and flowers available for your window box. The perfect maintenance free solution. The boxes and plants arrive separately for you to quickly and easily assemble either using soil or floral foam bricks. We can provide the bricks if requested.
How do I plant my window box?
We recommend first putting a layer of gravel or small stones in the base of the window box, followed by some good quality potting compost. If you are using plants, make holes in the soil that are equally spaced and will fit the base of the plants. Pull the soil across and make sure they are firmly in place.
